TurEspa\u00f1a<\/a>, 65 millones de turistas internacionales, visitaron la naci\u00f3n durante 2014, en su mayor\u00eda, provenientes de Alemania, Reino Unido, Italia, Francia y hasta China con un n\u00famero de 300 mil visitantes.<\/p>\nVector ITC Group considera que, por estas cifras, es necesario enfocarse en el Turismo 3.0 y \u201cofrecer una soluci\u00f3n de calidad que se anticipe a futuras necesidades. Crear un v\u00ednculo emocional, directo y transparente con el cliente y utilizar la tecnolog\u00eda y la innovaci\u00f3n para atraerle y fidelizarle\u201d.<\/p>\n
Para esto proponen seguir tres premisas:<\/p>\n

Multicanalidad:<\/h3>\n Utilizar un dise\u00f1o de estrategia online<\/em> que permita adaptarse al perfil multicanal de los nuevos clientes.<\/p>\nMovilidad:<\/h3>\n El Adprosumer<\/em> efect\u00faa la mayor\u00eda de sus gestiones v\u00eda su tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil, por ende, estos deben ser tomamos en cuenta como parte de la estrategia.<\/p>\nExperiencia del ocio:<\/h3>\n La experiencia del cliente es de suma importancia por ello debe ponerse especial atenci\u00f3n a ella \u201cdesde el inicio de su relaci\u00f3n con la empresa, pasando por la propia experiencia de turismo u ocio, para lograr una fidelizaci\u00f3n del cliente en base a esta experiencia gratificante\u201d.<\/p>\n
